I have worked with Gyan for a year almost and it has been refreshing to work with him. His understanding of user behaviour and the company's product-driven business objectives makes him an incredibly effective product designer who always focuses on the "what" and "how" aspect of influencing customer behaviour through design. He is also very mindful of his confirmation bias while making data-driven design decisions and is open to difficult debates that challenge the status quo of user understanding in the organization. In addition to his skills, he is super fun to work with which has always helped him to have a cohesive work relation across stakeholders.

I had the chance to hire and directly work with Gyan during my time at Fasal. Gyan is one of those designers who genuinely cares about the "why" behind every decision.
